Privacy

Your personally identifiable information will be stored only for the purposes of direct communication between M Jones Furniture and Woodwork and you, and will not be used for marketing purposes. This data may be shared with third parties such as suppliers or subcontractors if it is necessary to do so in order to fulfill your order or request. This data will be held indefinitely. You have a right to see what personally identifiable information, if any, is held by us and to request that it is destroyed, requests of this nature should be made using the details above.

Shipping

I offer home delivery and, where appropriate, assembly of furniture. Every piece is different and any special delivery requirements - e.g., will it fit through the front door - are discussed at the design stage and fed into the final design and price. Assembly takes just a few minutes. For online purchases delivery is not included in the website price. We can discuss this before you commit your order and I will usually invoice through secure PayPal.

Please note that your finished piece may differ from that shown on this website. I obviously try and minimise this but due to the nature of the beast, each piece of wood varies slightly from the next. I'm always very open about this ahead of any commitment if there will be any major differences. Also, if you want to swap one wood for another or change something, that's the joy of custom craftwork.

Payment / Cancellation Policy

For standard stock items and designs

Full payment including delivery charge is required at time of ordering. I will supply you with an estimated completion and delivery time (usually 4 – 8 weeks) or you can always ask us beforehand. I'm really confident you will like my products but in line with EU policy, there is a 14 day 'cooling off' period after you receive your goods.

For custom designs

We will chat back and forth, sharing ideas and sketches but at some point we need to finalise the plan and get the tools out. Once design and price have been agreed by both parties, I will issue you with an invoice. Full payment including delivery charge will be required at this point, unless we have agreed otherwise. There is then a 14 day cooling off period during which order can be cancelled for a 100% refund or changed if practical. After this 14 day post order date, no refund is possible.

Although we have made every effort to present accurate information, errors in text, images and descriptions may occur. Please tell me if you see any problems or typos.
